“We've used your company a few times. The move went well, but there were a few problems. First, the sales person told us the dressers would not be unpacked and they were. This has happened twice. It would be nice if we were told they were going to be unpacked so we could remove personal items. Second, the packing was not staffed appropriately. The team was overwhelmed by the job and didn't finish the first day, putting the rest of our move at risk. I spoke to George and he was very helpful and concerned that we stick to the schedule, which I appreciated very much. The next day we had 6 guys and things started moving more quickly. “Careful, quick, courteous, professional, and did I mention careful😉. They even found our house on the first try which is unusual for any but a postal delivery. The salesperson listened when I said small truck because we live down a one lane two-way street with a steep narrow driveway. As a consequence, the guys were able to maneuver down and then turn around and go up without driving over a sprinkler head in the garden that UPS drives over every Christmas season. They carried two large pieces of queen size bed and were able to flip them over the bannister without chipping paint, knocking off a wall hanging or breaking a single glassybaby on the window sill.
