“The crew was on time, worked quickly, and got the job done as expected. The estimate and actual cost were aligned well.<br><br>I only have two issues to point out- packers could have done a better job of marking what was in a box they packed. Many boxes just had the room name and nothing else so when we needed to look for something there weren't any clues. The other issues is that heavy tall boxes were stacked high and difficult to unpack; as two seniors, without a step ladder since both were packed, it was hard to get into the top box and hard to move it off the other box. If I had known where they packed the step ladders (issue 1) then this second issue would have been mitigated.”
