“Overall very happy with our move, our second with Hansen Bros. However, there were a couple of hiccups; 1) the crew missed a few items in the kitchen cabinets including baby bottles, cups and other non-cleaning/chemical items. We spent about 20 minutes packing up those items after the move. In fairness, there were some cleaning items mixed in there, which we agreed beforehand could not be packed, but the other items should not have been left behind. 2) Labeling of boxes was inconsistent. It would have made unpacking much easier had they consistently labeled and marked boxes. With two young children, quickly finding essential items is really important when unpacking.”

“Josh R., Gabriel A., James K., and Dan G. were all so great! Very patient and gracious through a load up that we should have been better prepared for. They were calm, always had a suggestion and did a great job getting as much as possible on the truck. I told Josh that I had lost a valuable earring in the master and to please keep an eye out for it when they moved that furniture. It didn’t show up but as the unwrapped the dresser in the new house it fell out. They brought it out to me, I think as happy as I was! Such genuinely nice guys. Really going the extra step and I very much appreciated their efforts. This move has been hard for us. We had been in our home for 41 years and aren’t as young as we once were. Your crew could not have done a better job making this happen for us.”
