“I really appreciated that the move was made in the hours (10 to 2pm) I requested--were best for me and had traffic conditions to make the move faster than at other times. Although Will told me at first, that the move would be during those hours. Then, dispatcher Rich told me the day before the move that the hours of the move had changed to 2:30 to 5. I was disappointed and told him so. BUT, the next day, the drivers called me at 11:30 that they were on their way! I was so pleased. They completed the move in the 2.5 hours that Will had estimated. Also, the movers had to rearrange the furniture twice to get it to fit in my storage unit. It was a hot day and they kept their good humor about the hassle. Love Hansen Bros! Marian”
