They were gentle with our belongings, asked questions instead of making assumptions and really treated us with respect. They also moved our safe, which originally, we were told they couldn't do. “We relocated from a rental house in Ballard to a house in N. Seattle recently and had a wonderful experience with Hansen Bros. They were the only movers we received quotes from in advance that actually came to the house and took a look at the logistics before the move, which I found very reassuring.. On moving day the crew were on time, worked professionally and courteously and displayed great care with our belongings. We own an unusual amount of glassware and crystal and everything was packed meticulously and not a single item was broken. The move was completed within the time and budget we were given. Overall a great experience and I would certainly use Hansen Bros. again and recommend them to my friends.”

“Cesar and Carlos were fantastic! Very professional, friendly and courteous. This was not an easy furniture move-in as our landscaping wasn't completed. They had a "can do" attitude and accomplished the move of our furniture without any problem. As difficult as it was they never showed any frustration or poor attitude. We would totally recommend both Cesar and Carlos!! We've used Hansen Bros. a few times in the past and wouldn't consider another moving/storage company if we move again. Also, Brad is awesome! Jose, Wilfred, and Zachary were very professional, so courteous, just a joy to work with and they worked very well as a team. I was so impressed.
