“The sales consultant did not return my calls or emails regarding setting up the person that was going to make crates for some of my paintings. His excuse was that he had called the gentleman numerous times. When I called direct and spoke with Vicki she got it done quickly within a few hours. The crew damaged some of my walls, and a few pieces of legs on expensive furniture because they dragged it on the floor when positioning to lift and lower. Otherwise the crew were very nice and got the job done satisfactorily.”
