“They showed up right at 9, which was the latest I was quoted. They were coming from Newcastle to South Seattle/Renton and it does NOT take an hour. They moved quickly, but toward the end of the day, they started to really slow down. At about 4:45, they told me they would be done in 15 minutes and they were done at 5:00 on the dot. That also happens to be the LATEST time from my estimate. They then charged me 1.5 hours for drive time from Federal Way back to Newcastle. The crew was very professional and courteous, but I do think they took advantage of the high estimate I received and made sure to take the entire time.”

“I was told the movers would arrive between 8:30 and 9, and they didn't show up until 11:45, but these guys were so great that the time issue didn't matter once they were done. They were very efficient in moving my apartment and even made it in less than the amount of time quoted to me. They were excellent.”

“I was told that my crew would leave the warehouse around 8:00am and show up between 8:30-9:00, and they didn't actually arrive until 10:00am. It doesn't take 2 hours to drive from Bellevue to Monroe. I don't appreciate waiting for an hour after the quoted arrival time and paying for commute time. Also, when paying by credit card, there should be a line to include a tip.”
