The driver and his crew were very familiar with issues involving moves within retirement communities, for example they were careful about not leaving dollies and boxes etc where residents could trip. They were very polite and courteous about sharing the one elevator with residents who were going to and from lunch. Very quick and hard-working. The salesman was quite knowledgeable and thorough. He was prompt and friendly.”
