He packed it in a separate box and clearly labeled it so that it would be easy to find in our new home. All our belongings arrived without a scratch. These employees are well-trained and efficient. They went the extra mile to help us place heavy furniture that we would not be able to lift after they left. I was very impressed that they remembered what was packed in boxes and delivered boxes to the right rooms even though we had different rooms in our new home! That demonstrated great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed with John B's team leadership. Every team member seemed to really enjoy moving us and worked really well together.
