“Everything about my move went as expected. One minor problem: The shelves in a couple of my bookcases were removed including the small pegs that supported the shelves. The pegs were not returned to me so now need to make a trip the hardware store to get more. Not a big deal but an unnecessary trip that I didn't need to do.”

Every member of this Hansen Bros. crew was very conscientious and demonstrated high levels of professionalism as they handled our household effects. We appreciated that Jordan directed them to take extra precautions to protect our home's flooring, carpets, doors, interior walls, and stair rails while they carried items through the spaces. Simon held and moved with framed pictures and artwork as if they were property of a famous museum and then wrapped and boxed them using methods and materials that showed very impressive skills and abilities. All of the fellows in the crew worked well individually and together to lift, move, and stow the boxes and furniture in ways that protected themselves and our property. This moving crew was well trained and made good use of their professional talents. In these times of difficulty to attract and keep employees, this Hansen Bros. group performed well above average.”
