“You may want to invest in better healthcare for your movers. Having two members of a three-person crew need to be replaced due to illness was very disruptive to the overall move. This caused problems during the delivery phase when instructions on where to put things were not effectively communicated to the replacement crew members.”

In both cases, the team was highly responsive efficient and thorough in making the plan and using technology to lower the effort on my part. <br>On the days of the move, everyone show up on time and executed the move perfectly, with proper packing & protections around walls and floors. The team members had a positive attitude, were friendly and helpful when making choices about how to do things. In the case of the big move, we had to reschedule for 2 days later because the truck parking was already taken at the apartment complex. In that case they swiftly checked with their office and made a new plan without charging more money or making a fuss.
