It turns out my friends used your company several years ago and had a great experience also. The guys that loaded were on time, courteous and barely stopped for a water break. They took great care. “We were talking to the crew about the way that they inventory the items. It seems very cumbersome and quite outdated that one person has to write down on a sticky all of the information And then again, write it down on the inventory report sheet. It seems like there should be a scanning device with pre-printed labels And QR code or serial number to attach to the item. It would make their job so much easier and save on labor costs. Other than that the crew was great and if we could have them come back on our move back in date May 10 that would be great. Paula, the sales person was also very efficient when I met with her prior to the move.”
