The reason Hansen Bros. did not rate an extraordinary in the crew categories "professional" and "cautious" is that the first crew dropped a couch which sustained some minor damage. Even so the crew was pleasant and responsive; and I did appreciate that Hansen Bros. followed up quickly and professionally to repair the damage. The move back in went without a hitch.
