“We have moved with Hansen Bros. in the past, but this particular move, which is still a work in progress, has been particularly difficult for us personally. It has involved an original move into storage in April of 2010 from a 6500 sq.ft. house, then a move from storage in July of 2010, more moving in April of 2011, and all during this time the team at Hansen Bros. has been particularly helpful, understanding, caring, -- really everything you want people who are assisting in the up-rooting of your lives to be. I could name names, Linda, Rick, Allen, Scott, but I'm afraid I would leave out some really important ones, or get the name wrong, because honestly these have been such trying times, I can barely call my children by their correct names. The truth is, all the people we've worked with at Hansen Bros. have been universally kind, supportive, intelligent and helpful.”

“I had a great experience on moving day. It's the first time I've hired movers. Both Arsen and Cameron were great. They hustled to get the job done and were careful with my things. The one thing I would have done differently is ask for an on-site estimate. I underestimated the amount of stuff I had, so ended up paying extra, but overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend Hansen Bros.”

“Hi! May 20th was the #3 of 3 work orders. Lead staff arrived with no tools so borrowed mine. He was not told the piano was a 'grand' and not an 'upright'. Not sure about the writing of the work order since the #1 work day in April moved the piano out to the garage. Possibly the info did not navigate to the next group who reset the piano on the 20th.Crew was great.Add'l notes: May 3rd work day had a great crew of two young men. Very nice to work with.”
