If he saw something he thought we might need, he always asked before packing it away. I really appreciated that extra consideration. Sam helped me carry a box that was too heavy for me and loaded it into my car for me. This I considered to be above and beyond, too. The whole crew was very careful when navigating through our tight space. I appreciated how polite and friendly all the guys were - introducing themselves by name when they arrived.
