As I was watching from my storage unit towards the truck being unloaded, a white lamp shade was one place and then someone put it on the blankets. I don't know if that is when it fell and broke or what. Also a chip of wood fell off a round Duncan Pyfe table I had. Very minor for the amount that they had to pack in the truck and take to a storage unit and unpack. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family that they check out Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage. I'm a native of Seattle so I have heard and seen the name for years.”

Some of the printed info I received from Hansen about packing ourselves conflicted with what I was verbally told. Hansen Bros. was to have obtained the permit to park on the street and they did not. Fortunately there was space on Harbor Avenue for the truck. Overall, the day went very well and we thank-you.”

“Everything is great except for a couple of minor complaints, otherwise I would have given you a "5" on overall experience. First of all, your truck is way too big for my stuff. I gave you a very detailed list including all the dimensions. My stuff only took up less than 1/4 of your truck. It made it difficult for the driver to get into my driveway and the alley in Seattle. The driver did an excellent job, but it was a challenging task. Second, your crew left my old house 15+ min before us, and arrived 15+ min after we got to the new place. Overall, the crew took very good care of my stuff and that's the most important thing. So, I would use your service again and recommend you to my friends in the future.”
