“I was told about the time being from warehouse to warehouse, but was surprised by the "truck setup time", which was billed as an hour for preparing the truck. The movers also ended up taking the door off of the stove, then reattaching it. This showed an extreme level of care for the stove, but I don't think it was actually necessary. If I had a do-over, I would have moved the stove 1 room over myself to avoid this significant time loss. If I were to rate the overall experience, I'd give a 4/5. Professional and helpful, but also higher charges than anticipated,”
