My previous customer experience was when we were shutting down the Amgen site here in Seattle in 2015 and moving lab and scientific equipment to California. “Had Dallas, Chris, and Patrick to help with my move last Friday and the crew was communicative and responsive from pre-arrive throughout the entirety of the move. They were resourceful and were always planning and thinking ahead. All 3 crew members were friendly and helpful throughout. Dave, their relocation specialist came out and spent time assessing the move and did a thorough job during my selection process and they were the only ones that came out and did that for free even before I chose them out of the 4 companies that I contacted and got quotes from. The professionalism and assessment of completion cost made me feel confident about the move. John M, their operations manager kept communications open and was checking in with me before the actual date which also gave me a good impression that I was in good hands. Overall, I felt the cost was reasonable and the time estimate for the effort was accurate (actually final cost was slightly less than estimated since the move went very smoothly). I would recommend this company or use for my next move.”
