“The team did outstanding job. Alfredo, Samuel, Jaime were pros! They did a good job backing up the truck to the 3 different driveways and being extra careful to not hit anything. They were great at protecting items with blankets and tape to ensure there was no damage. They carefully moved items through doorways (slowed down to guide it through tight areas). They also advised on the best way to stack items to maximize space at the storage facility instead of blindly listening to me (ha!). Also a shout out to Pete for calling immediately when I submitted a request for a move estimate an hour prior. He was spot on and wad able to find to meet my sudden need for moving. Hansen Bros. exceeded my expectations. I would rank them up with some of my most favorite local businesses (Nordstroms and Les Schwab of moving!) I will be a repeat customer. Excellent work!”

“The crew worked very hard to get our big recliner out of the house, but it apparently had to be disassembled to do so as the electrical wasn't working and it couldn't be laid flat. I decided to pursue another avenue to get it moved. In the course of their endeavors they loosened several bolts, and left them that way, so I had to figure out how to tighten them again in my own. Not a big deal when everything else went so well, buy another thing I didn't need. I would hire you folks again.”
