“My move with Hansen Bros -- Rico and his crew -- was a very awesome experience! Starting right at the beginning when they arrived 45 min earlier than expected! They told me to just do my thing finishing packing and that they would take care of everything! And then the quickness of packing my stuff into the truck--it was amazing! Once we got to my new place the experience was the same! Rico and his crew were very fast and efficient--and took time to check in with me as where things needed to go and also gave me time to figure out what goes where when I realized I had lots more stuff than what could fit in my tiny onsite storage locker. They were great! We got done with the move so quickly I was able to go back to the apartment and finishing cleaning that same day! Thanks!”

“Hansen Bros. helped us move and store furniture and boxed belongings when we replaced the flooring throughout our house. They filled the temporary storage spaces available in our house and garage so that everything fit and we did not have to move anything off-site. Once the new floors were installed, they laid protective material down and moved everything back with the greatest of care. Excellent service from start to finish!”

“Very professional throughout. The only comment I have is that towards the end of the second leg of our move, the crew were playing loud music from their van while they were unloading. Admittedly, there are not yet many folks living in our new development, but we do have some neighbors. Unfortunately, it took me a while to realize that it was your guys, and not the construction workers, that were playing loud music... by that time, the CD had finished. It's worth reminding your crews to be respectful of the neighborhoods where they're working. Thanks.”

The crew was very efficient in getting the furniture up to the 3rd floor while being super courteous to the residents there trying to use the elevator. They were very careful to cover flooring & walls while moving things over & by them. Very helpful with taking beds apart & putting them back together. I hope we don't have to move anyone soon but if we do we will be calling you!”

“Dave was the best, he's the reason we picked Hansen Bros, so much information, so helpful, so nice, very knowledgeable about the process, very good about managing our expectations. Our moving team was awesome, such a nice group of guys, such hard working people. They were a little late I think the first day but not a big deal, Seattle traffic likely the reason. In the move only lost one item (broken) which was a $20 bowl, so no biggie. Honestly, I broke more things unpacking everything on my own! The only feedback I would give: when we were about 99% moved out of the old house, the trucks were already starting to drive away to the new house, and I started running around bringing things up to the front hall for them to be added to the last truck. We did not have a formal walk through to make sure all that could be added had been. Would have been helpful just to be sure... Thanks so much!”
