They wore their masks as much as possible and didn't complain. The communication from the leads was good too. Overall, I am happy with the service and the total price came in under the virtual quote which was awesome. The only issue I had was I had to call the day before to confirm the move. I think a text or an automated call at least two days prior to confirm would have been best. It shouldn't be up to the customer to call.”
