And my request that they not back the truck up to our house due to frail driveway was immediately conveyed to the driver by Martel. I watched in absolute amazement of his skill to pick the right pieces to put together an intricate puzzle of boxes and furniture. They were kind, efficient, and professional, but could enjoy some off beat humor from time to time LOL. Even when he realized we would run out of room in my POD and not all my belongings were going to fit, we had a discussion early enough on in the packing process to make choices on what goes and what will have to stay behind. TYLER is amazing!! Even calls to the office for alternate plans for the remaining goods was helpful! They wrapped everything well and efficiently got items out of the building, then pushed everything two blocks including steep uphill and then up the ramp and into the truck. And not a scratch. The unload was fast and the item placement went well. They cleaned up the wrappings.”
